• Advise clients on selecting the appropriate legal entity • Prepare and review operating agreements, corporate bylaws and resolutions • Provide legal guidance regarding business ownership structure and partner disputes • Conduct virtual consultations with BFG clients regarding business formation and corporate restructuring • Collaborate with CPA Advisors and Client Finance Managers to ensure coordinated legal and financial guidance
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) • Active U.S. Bar License • Minimum 5 years of business law experience • Strong knowledge of business entity structures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working remotely • Experience conducting Zoom consultations
