• Ensure excellence and innovation in the delivery of BeOne’s cross-functional Customer Engagement • Work closely with the German Medical Affairs, Commercial and Market Access Leads • Assess needs in terms of staffing, capabilities, and executing activities for upskilling and scientific training • Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct • Contribute to developing and supporting the integrated launch plans and tactics in the respective countries • Support effective commercial and medical field performance across the region • Ensure the German team stays competitive using insights gathering & analysis • Support and design specific regional tactics and adapt launch strategy where needed • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to ensure solutions and improvements are rapidly identified • Collaborate extensively with the regional and local commercial, access and medical teams • Lead the development of performance metrics, and dashboards that clearly articulate the status of key activities • Incorporate innovative approaches and new digital resources that facilitate internal learning experiences • Curate, refine and create scientific training materials as needed • Stay up to date with product information, industry trend, and technology to ensure the relevance of training content • Ensure the right tools, processes and systems are in place.
• Degree in Bachelor of science required, MBA or advanced degree desirable • 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare sector or biotech • Previous experience and knowledge of hematology will be considered an advantage • Commercial Excellence, Field force effectiveness Field Sales / Field Medical / Field Management experience are a plus • Demonstrates a high level of empathy and ability to listen and learn for optimal analysis and actions • Turns creative ideas into original solutions; produces new or different approaches in current situations and enables creativity in others • Experience in successfully leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative and novel customer solutions, driving progress and influencing without direct authority • Proven track record in designing Market research plans and customer insights requirements • Strong analytical skills and ability to design and lead cross functionally multiple projects & initiatives • Strong business acumen and international commercial experience demonstrated in Europe • Fluency in both verbal and written English, German and/or another Europe language are a plus • Proficiency in all MS-Office applications • Willing to travel 30% of the time.
