📋 Description
• Support algorithm development to model future resource demand for various roles within clinical development • Support continuous improvement of resource algorithms to be used in forecasting • Support the creation of innovative dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for measuring forecast accuracy • Support and develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve resource planning • Explore how AI can be leveraged within the context of Resource Management • Partner with sub-functions across Global Clinical Operations (GCO) as needed to support resourcing needs • Prepare high quality reports and presentations
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in clinical development/research operations • Fundamental understanding of drug development lifecycle • Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and modeling • Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of SQL preferred • Advanced Excel calculations or experience with other analytical tools • Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
