⢠Implement communication strategies aligned to corporate and brand strategies within agreed-upon budgets and timelines. ⢠Support product and pipeline communications in close collaboration with the medical and marketing team. ⢠Collaborate with communications/PR partners to develop and update various communication materials such as corporate resources, media materials, presentations, etc. ⢠Create compelling content by working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to support global social media and digital strategies. ⢠Support corporate reputation work by engaging in executive visibility planning, including speaking and media opportunities. ⢠Provide support for the growing internal communications strategies in collaboration with HR. ⢠Analyze and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies using appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
⢠Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in communications, PR setting or related context. ⢠Proven track record in executing successful communication initiatives. ⢠Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably in a cross functional environment. ⢠Strong organizational capabilities; detail-oriented. ⢠Ability to work with autonomy and use sound judgment in decision-making, including setting and managing priorities and meeting competing deadlines.
