📋 Description

• Drive the digital initiatives of the organization • Lead the digital transformation strategy by executing initiatives in partnership with GMA, Commercial and Marketing leads • Champion the vision, frameworks, and standards for digital enablement • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and omnichannel strategy • Coordinate and support the execution of congresses and major medical events • Create and execute an effective omnichannel strategy for HCP engagement • Partner with GMA and NM commercial and brand marketing leaders • Enable the execution of digital campaigns • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships • Design and maintain dynamic digital dashboards • Act as a point of contact for Global GMA and New Markets teams

🎯 Requirements

• BA, BBA, or BS in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with a proven track record of managing digital platforms • Extensive experience in omnichannel strategy and execution, particularly within medical affairs and global commercial • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide valuable inputs on digital engagement strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and engagement.
