📋 Description

• Develop and deliver the Pricing and Reimbursement plan for assigned countries • Partner with GVAP, Global HEOR, Commercial, Medical Affairs teams and external partners to develop P&R applications • Lead negotiations with national reimbursement authorities • Contribute to cross-functional launch readiness activities with Medical and Marketing teams • Refine EU P&R objectives in assigned markets • Execute value and access-related projects, including landscape assessments, payer market research, P&R advisory boards and local strategy guidance • Drive accountable, on-time P&R dossier submission and negotiation conclusions by customizing Global Value Dossiers, value messages and toolkits • Create and maintain a strong contact network with key stakeholders • Participate in local industry working groups and trade associations • Monitor the market access and health policy environment and identify early trends • Report to the Head of Market Access - Catalyse Cluster and participate in Austria and Switzerland Leadership Teams • Collaborate cross-functionally and pan-regionally with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry and/or 6+ years in market access positions • Experience in pricing and reimbursement in Austria and/or Switzerland markets • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management • Experience supporting oncology product pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities • Experience with HTA dossier preparation, submission and negotiation • Experience engaging with payers and negotiating price and reimbursement conditions with public administration and health authorities • Understanding of key HEOR concepts and ability to navigate economic models • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and interface with internal, scientific and commercial stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including synthesizing data and delivering clear market access strategy, opportunity and risk overviews • Fluency in German and English • Any university-level degree, with appropriate critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to comprehend clinical data • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel competencies and other intermediate to advanced computer skills • Approximately 30% travel • Oncology or Hematology-Oncology market experience strongly preferred
