• Acting as a strong enthusiastic and passionate leader with a hands-on approach and full accountability for developing and implementing a strong partnership with business partners across the Middle East and North Africa commercial goals • Working in strong cross-functional collaboration (Medical Affairs, Market Access, HR, Finance, Regulatory, etc.) in a very dynamic and fast environment • Overseeing the generation of insights from the therapeutic field by business partners, and the translation of these insights into a comprehensive, cross-functional strategy & suggested tactics • Guiding business partners through a clear positioning and an aligned communication approach, including messaging • Lead the development of tactics and tools for the field force to effectively address customer needs
• 10+ years of related experience • Experience with new product launch in oncology and Haemato-Oncology Field • Commercial Operations experience and skills (Sales, Marketing, Analysis and Insights, SF effectiveness, Access & pricing is a huge plus) • Experienced in Area planning, SF sizing, metrics and KPIs including performance Management • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of commercial strategy, opportunities, and risks • Excellent presentation skills, both in person and virtual • Agility, decision-making, external focus, problem solving, positive attitude and curiosity, driven by innovation and excellence, creative, professional with high integrity • Attracted to diversity and international multi-cultural working environment • Entrepreneurial mindset • Scientific solution and patient-oriented mindset - and capability to move and execute in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment
