📋 Description

• Play a central role in the legal support of the company • Focus on contract law, advertising law, labor law, anti-corruption law, pharmaceutical law, competition law, rebate law • Represent BeOne in legal disputes before national courts • Manage communication with external legal counsel • Provide legal trainings to colleagues and stakeholders • Conduct business trips within Germany and international (up to 15% of working time) • Participate and represent BeOne in working groups of industry associations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in one or more of the legal areas listed above and willingness to learn and gather expertise in the others • +7 years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on feasibility. • Fluent in German and English. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct. • Strong social skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
