đ Description
âą Execute clinical monitoring activities at clinical trial sites âą Monitor clinical trials in accordance with ICH guidelines and GCP âą Collaborate closely with Country and Regional Clinical Study Teams âą Conduct pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring and closeout visits âą Manage site performance by tracking regulatory submissions and recruitment âą Ensure inspection readiness of the study and sites âą Mentor junior staff and act as escalation point for site-related issues
đŻ Requirements
âą BS in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred âą At least 3 - 5 years of monitoring experience âą Experience in oncology/onco-hematology global trials preferred âą Advanced knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH guidelines) âą Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills âą Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships âą Must be fluent in English and French.
