• Define and execute the country strategy across competitive Nordic markets • Represent BeOne with senior external stakeholders, including payers and institutional stakeholders • Achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets • Design and implement strategic business plans for the respective countries • Lead the Nordic management team in alignment with European and global strategies • Foster high performance, engagement, accountability, empowerment, and alignment with BeOne values • Attract, develop, and retain high-caliber talent and build the organization's talent pool • Establish effective internal communication and teamwork • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the leadership team • Promote business ethics, integrity, and compliance in a highly regulated industry • Develop business opportunities and maximize growth potential • Set sales objectives, shape markets, and execute product launch plans • Manage connections among late-stage development, commercial planning, launch management, market access, sales support, and marketing • Oversee lifecycle management, further indications, brand protection, and performance metrics • Build relationships with regulatory bodies, payers, politicians, industry associations, distributors, and key opinion leaders • Manage financial planning, budgets, expenses, and profit contribution • Execute regional and global franchise strategies • Ensure patient-centered business decisions and affiliate compliance across GxP areas • Ensure affiliates operate according to BeOne standards, local laws, and regulations • Participate in the Catalyse Leadership Team and other governance bodies • Hire, supervise, and develop local team members
• At least 10+ years of experience in general management, sales, or marketing in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry • Demonstrated track record of delivering top line growth and bottom-line performance • Broad knowledge of the cluster pharmaceutical industry and expertise in multiple therapeutic areas • Experience in haematology is a strong asset • Launch experience in orphan setting is desirable • Extensive leadership experience in culturally diverse regions • Proven ability to build, lead, inspire, motivate, and develop diverse, high-performing teams in a matrix environment and remotely • Experience in a small but fast-growing entrepreneurial commercial environment • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills with high emotional intelligence • Effective communication and presentation skills • Visionary leadership and change-management experience • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Medical Affairs, Market Access, HR, Finance, Regulatory, and related functions • Ability to operate effectively in a complex matrix organization • University undergraduate degree in science or business as a minimum • Standard computer skills, including MS Office • Fluency in verbal and written English and one Nordic language • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
