📋 Description

• Focus on Depot storage, site distribution, drug return & destruction and logistics related Depot performance management in AMER regions • Work with Supply Chain Lead and depot PM to set up distribution and return/destruction procedures for studies • Coordinate drug destruction at depot level and ensure certificates and disposition reports are archived and uploaded onto e-TMF • Manage depot monthly reports and implement stock-taking and reconciliation for depot storage • Support on Storage Insurance data calculation and reporting • Coordinate or organize site-to-site transfer shipments • Arrange new depot vendor onboarding trainings per business requirement • Support new system development and maintain logistics data and functions in existing system • Work with internal departments (QA, Finance, Tax, Procurement, Legal, RA) to resolve logistics issues • Coordinate with external authorities (Customs, FDA) and manage import/export permit applications • Use IRT to check shipment status and ensure accurate/timely logistics data entry and document uploads • Support IOR and import tax deferral setup, manage BeOne IOR in different countries and support import VAT refund • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations for import/export activities • Lead and measure processes, collaborate with QA for audit readiness, participate in logistics audits • Facilitate and coordinate with courier and depot vendors for shipping materials, temperature loggers, pick-ups and emergency deliveries • Manage and assess Depot vendor performance and report KPIs to senior management • Set up deviations, CAPA, investigate incidents and collaborate on corrective actions • Oversee daily and ongoing expenses and review training materials and WIs, SOPs, GS • Respond to managerial directions, schedule regular meetings, finish assigned trainings and perform other duties in start-up environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above • 7+ years of related experience • Experience in Depot storage, site distribution, drug return & destruction and logistics related Depot performance management • Knowledge of distribution and return/destruction procedures for studies • Ability to coordinate drug destruction and archive certificate of destructions and disposition reports onto e-TMF • Ability to manage depot monthly reports and implement stock-taking and reconciliation • Experience with Storage Insurance data calculation and reporting • Ability to coordinate site to site transfer shipments • Experience arranging depot vendor onboarding trainings • Experience with logistics data and system development and maintenance • Ability to work with QA, Finance, Tax, Procurement, Legal and RA • Experience coordinating with Customs and FDA • Experience with import and export permit application • Familiarity with IRT to check shipment status • Ability to perform logistics data entry and documents uploading in systems • Experience managing IOR and import tax deferral, import VAT refund processes • Knowledge of internal procedures and external regulations related to import and export • Experience collaborating with QA for audit readiness and participating in logistics audits • Experience supporting FDA inspection, internal and external audits for logistics data preparation • Experience managing courier and depot vendors, temperature-controlled shipments • Experience measuring depot vendor performance and reporting KPIs • Experience setting up deviations, CAPA in quality system for logistics incidents • Experience overseeing daily and ongoing expenses and financial controls • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneNote, Excel) • Ability to review and align with WI, SOP, GS • Ability to respond to urgent requests within 24 hours and emails within 2 working days
