📋 Description

• Define and implement Market Access strategies to ensure regional and hospital access to BeOne products • Demonstrate therapeutic, economic and societal value using deep knowledge of the regional environment • Manage institutional relationships with Regional Health Administration professionals and hospital stakeholders • Introduce BeOne products at regional and hospital levels • Lead negotiations for tenders, negotiated procedures, offers, purchasing centers and regional framework agreements • Guide development and customization of pharmacoeconomic data, cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models • Establish relationships with Regional Health Authorities, Medical Societies, Scientific Institutions, Payers and Patient Advocacy groups • Communicate local health-policy changes, trends and competitor Patient Access activities to cross-functional teams • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and code of conduct

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years in a pharmaceutical industry position in Oncology, with dialogue with Regional Health Administrations and dependent organizations • In-depth knowledge of the national health system and the health policies of the Autonomous Communities under responsibility • Knowledge and leadership of relationships with key pharmaceutical-industry stakeholders within Health Organizations in assigned Autonomous Communities • Deep scientific knowledge and ability to defend and value clinical aspects in assigned therapeutic areas • Demonstrated success in drug launching in regional and hospital markets • Demonstrated experience negotiating drug pricing and reimbursement conditions with public administrations and health authorities at Regional and Hospital level • Holistic and strategic vision • Persuasive communication with high presentation skills • Spanish native and fluent English • Bachelor of Science, Master's in Science or Business • Standard computer skills required
