📋 Description

• Conduct conflict of interest searches for attorneys and administrative staff • Enter, review, analyze, and maintain conflict and new matter data • Review workflow requests ensuring key information is included • Research individual and corporate entities to identify relationships and potential conflicts • Review conflicts reports for accuracy and completeness • Escalate unresolved or significant issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree required • Minimum of three years of conflicts experience in the legal industry preferred • J.D. is a plus • Previous experience with Aderant and/or Intapp preferred • Exceptional knowledge of legal conflicts and related ethical rules • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
