• Lead development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns prioritising authentic storytelling and strategic partnerships • Develop tailored strategies, define KPIs, timelines, budgets, and create influencer personas • Identify, vet, recruit and manage influencers; develop and issue custom briefs; draft and finalise contracts • Collaborate with influencers and creative teams to produce authentic, brand-aligned content; approve content concepts and calendars • Lead end-to-end campaign management, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and milestones; conduct regular check-ins • Monitor real-time campaign metrics (reach, engagement, ROI); create dashboards; deliver weekly updates and post-campaign reports with insights • Act as primary client contact; deliver post-campaign presentations and collaborate with internal teams
• Experience developing tailored influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals • Ability to define KPIs, timelines, budgets, and success benchmarks • Experience identifying, vetting, recruiting, and managing influencers • Experience drafting and finalising influencer briefs and contracts • Experience collaborating with creative teams to produce brand-aligned content and approve concepts • Experience monitoring campaign performance, creating dashboards, and producing reports • Strong client-facing communication and project management skills
