📋 Description

• Serve as a technical and business reference for analytical and data science initiatives; • Translate complex business problems into hypotheses, analyses and data-driven solutions; • Lead the definition of analytical approaches and modeling aligned with the company's strategy; • Connect data, models and results to real business impact (revenue, risk, efficiency, customer); • Work closely with partner areas to gain deep understanding of pain points and opportunities; • Evaluate, interpret and communicate results clearly to executive audiences; • Provide technical guidance to other data scientists and raise the team's analytical level; • Ensure best practices in modeling, validation, monitoring and responsible model usage; • Support strategic decisions with data-based recommendations and critical insight.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Science applied to real business problems; • Strong ability to analyze, interpret and tell stories with data (data storytelling); • Mastery of statistical models and Machine Learning, with focus on applicability; • Experience with Python and SQL; • Ability to make technical decisions considering business trade-offs; • Strong business acumen and critical thinking; • Clear communication and influence with stakeholders; • Autonomy, ownership mindset and responsibility for impact; • Ability to connect strategy, data and execution.
