📋 Description

• Lead the technical discovery of initiatives, aligning audit business rules, scope, and technical feasibility • Design and implement advanced Generative AI systems based on multi-agent architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and RAG • Implement MLOps and GenAIOps practices for model monitoring, experiment versioning, cost and token tracking, and automated CI/CD deployments • Structure, test, and maintain BigQuery massive data processing pipelines, integrating sources with Python, Pandas, PySpark, and advanced SQL • Develop, execute, and optimize real-time statistical and analytical metrics • Apply Machine Learning algorithms to detect anomalies, operational deviations, and fraud • Build real-time monitoring dashboards with Grafana and equivalent tools • Support audit teams in the continuous assessment of risks and communication of findings to committees • Conduct bias, hallucination, jailbreak, and prompt security testing • Preserve investigative confidentiality with respect to other lines of defense • Lead the development of AI agents, analytical solutions, and predictive models from conception through production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Senior AI Engineer • Advanced proficiency in Python, with a focus on AI software engineering and API development using FastAPI • Experience developing LLM-based applications with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI, integrated into GenAIOps pipelines • Deep experience with RAG, vector databases, and advanced prompt engineering • Strong knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem, with a focus on Kubernetes (GKE), Vertex AI (Agent Builder, Model Registry), and Cloud Run • Knowledge of agent persistence and memory using Firestore or Datastore • Strong knowledge of advanced SQL for extracting, cleaning, and aggregating transactional data in BigQuery • Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines • Curiosity and proactivity in testing and validating emerging AI technologies • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to data quality and model statistical accuracy • Ability to work effectively in agile teams, translating complex results into business insights • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field • Preferred qualifications: experience with analytical solutions for the financial or GRC sectors; MLOps and GenAIOps tools such as MLflow or Vertex Pipelines; Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry; Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Professional Data Engineer certifications
