📋 Description

• We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Entry-Level Architectural Designer to join our remote team. • In this role, you will support the design and development of projects, collaborating with experienced architects and team members to create innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. • Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and renderings using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). • Collaborate with team members on project concepts, development, and revisions. • Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and feasibility. • Prepare presentations, models, and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts. • Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP engineers) to ensure seamless project integration. • Support the project team in maintaining timelines and delivering high-quality work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field. • Proficiency in architectural design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). • Strong understanding of architectural concepts, building systems, and design principles. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must reside in the United States or be a U.S. citizen. • Internship or academic experience with professional architectural projects (preferred). • Knowledge of sustainable design principles or certifications (e.g., LEED) (preferred). • Familiarity with 3D rendering tools like Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray (preferred).
