📋 Description

• Join Bankers without Boundaries' company board as a Non-Executive Director • Provide an independent perspective on company activities • Offer insight to enhance decision-making • Advise Senior Management on the further development of the company in Ireland • Maintain a constructive working relationship with Senior Management • Commit approximately 2 hours per quarter

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in Ireland; applications from outside Ireland will not be considered • Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services, investment banking, or a closely related field • Strong knowledge of financial products and services • Prior ESG or sustainability experience is essential • Demonstrable understanding of board governance, fiduciary duties and leadership at senior level • Familiarity with Ireland's financial, regulatory or business environment is an advantage • Independent judgment and willingness to constructively challenge executive decisions • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at board and senior management level • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex issues clearly and diplomatically • Discretion, integrity and personal accountability • Collaborative nature and ability to work autonomously • Commitment to BwB's sustainability and social impact mission and values
