📋 Description
• Offer an independent perspective on company activities to provide insight on possibilities for enhanced decision-making • Advise Senior Management on how to enable further development of the company in Malta
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services, investment banking, or a closely related field • Strong knowledge of financial products and services; prior ESG or sustainability experience is essential • Demonstrable understanding of board governance, fiduciary duties and leadership at senior level • Familiarity with Malta's financial, regulatory or business environment is an advantage
