• Analyzing and reporting results related to our games, identifying opportunities to improve key monetization and engagement KPIs; • Working with the Product, Game Design, and Production teams to develop and implement engagement, retention, and monetization strategies for our games; • Creating and managing events in Google and Apple stores for our main games, coordinating LiveOps calendars with Game Directors and the Art team; • Creating, operating, and optimizing promotions and discounts in our games; • Proposing and running A/B tests, supported by prediction models and user segmentation in the games; • AdMonetization: Optimizing eCPM and ad strategies through A/B testing; • Maintaining relationships with strategic partners and keeping up with market trends.
• Be fluent in English • Have solid experience in digital marketing, with a focus on user engagement and retention • Possess knowledge of metrics and data analysis • Be creative, proactive, analytical, and stay up to date with gaming market trends
