📋 Description

• Grow Bybit Card, Bybit Pay and Bybit Fiat services through affiliates, KOLs, creators and communities • Directly manage a regional team of Business Developers • Drive profitable new-user growth, first transactions, payment volume and revenue • Hire, coach and manage Business Developers across priority markets • Set regional priorities, responsibilities, targets and incentives • Allocate team resources based on regional opportunities, partner performance and business priorities • Grow affiliate, KOL, creator and community channels • Help BDs identify partners, negotiate terms, activate partners and develop ongoing relationships • Build repeatable affiliate plans for Card, Pay and Fiat product launches, including campaigns, content, landing pages and tracking • Set commission and incentive structures for BDs and partners • Establish processes for pipeline management, account ownership, reporting and forecasting • Identify and qualify merchant, PSP and other payments opportunities, then hand strong leads to relevant internal teams • Support strategic discussions when senior BD input is needed • Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Finance • Ensure partners generate activated users, first transactions, payment volume and revenue • Ensure launches have reliable plans for rapidly activating relevant partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience directly leading, hiring and developing a regional or distributed BD, affiliate or partnerships team • Track record of building an affiliate or partner-led growth program from the ground up, including incentives, processes and performance measures • Strong knowledge of KOL, creator, affiliate and community acquisition • Ability to judge partner quality and return on investment • Experience managing a team against measurable acquisition, transaction-volume or revenue goals, including addressing underperformance • Ability to turn business priorities into clear team plans and use performance data to change course when needed • Commercial negotiation skills • Experience in crypto, iGaming, fintech, consumer apps or another affiliate-led business is highly desirable • An existing partner network is a strong plus • Knowledge of merchants and PSPs is useful
