📋 Description
• Own the merchant and PSP sales pipeline across APAC • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of 20+ target accounts • Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnerships • Develop account plans for strategic targets; coordinate with Solutions Engineering and Product
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in B2B sales or business development in payments • Demonstrable track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial deals • Deep familiarity with the APAC payments landscape • Existing network in the merchant payments or PSP space in APAC • Strong grasp of crypto payments, stablecoins, and digital asset infrastructure • Experience managing the full sales cycle independently • Mandarin proficiency preferred • Comfortable operating across jurisdictions with different regulatory postures • Prior experience at a crypto exchange, stablecoin issuer, or crypto infrastructure company preferred • Existing relationships at payment platforms active in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, or Japan preferred • Familiarity with API-led commercial partnerships preferred • Experience with Travel Rule compliance implications for payments businesses in APAC preferred
