📋 Description
• Develop deep client relationships by understanding their business objectives and challenges. • Analyze and translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables. • Lead AI implementation projects end-to-end from case development to go-live. • Act as trusted business advisor to client teams, facilitating workshops and discovery sessions. • Coordinate comprehensive client onboarding by conducting thorough business analysis. • Transform business insights into technical specifications. • Facilitate stakeholder alignment through regular business review meetings. • Monitor project success through business KPIs and client satisfaction metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines, with technical aptitude. • 3-5 years of account and project management experience, preferably in Martech/AI or complex IT environments. • Strong people skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-organize your time. • Knowledge of ETL processes and data architectures. • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence. • Excellent communication skills in Italian (native speaker) and English (C1).
