If you’re looking for a career that brings purpose to your everyday life, then you’re in the right place. At By The Bay Health, we live true to the philosophy of being of service to others by providing high-quality, compassionate health care services to those who need it most. Our rich tradition of serving communities across the Bay Area is underscored by the incredible growth we’ve seen over the past decade as we enter new service areas and expand care options for our patients -- and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals who want to take part in that growth. At By The Bay Health, our teams of physicians, nurses, home health aides, and other healthcare professionals work alongside patients and families during some of the most vulnerable moments of the human experience. Our Hospice, Palliative, and Home Health care teams understand the importance of building strong, trusting relationships and providing expert care for those nearing the end-of-life, experiencing chronic pain, or those who need a little extra help receiving care at home – and as a purpose-driven non-profit, we stand proud that no patient is ever turned away due to an inability to pay. Over the past 45 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to building an environment where employees can thrive and build meaningful careers with true impact. Our model of care is built for flexibility and opportunities for growth. Our affiliation with UCSF brings access to world renowned expertise for all of our clinicians. We are an organization found and led by nurses who understand the unique challenges health professionals face in their careers. More than a third of our staff have worked with us for more than five years and one staff member, we are proud to say, was part of the founding team in 1975. Whatever your role with us at BTBH, you will be supported by a collaborative and diverse group of colleagues who share the same values.
