• Develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies for a diverse clientele. • Supervise and enhance the legal work product of paralegals and legal assistants. • Represent the firm and its clients in court and at USCIS interviews, demonstrating exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills. • Maintain rigorous standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and duties. • Performs other duties as assigned.
• JD from an accredited university • Must have a valid license and current membership in the bar of any U.S. state • Legal experience as a licensed attorney • Some litigation and supervisory experience a plus • Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred to handle client interactions effectively • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent research and time management skills • Detail Oriented • Able to exercise good judgment • Ability to maintain confidentiality • High level of MS Office Suite/Google Suite, including Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
