📋 Description

• Lead and mentor 12 consultants through regular 1:1s, honest feedback and development goals, and flag early when someone may be thinking of leaving • Welcome each new joiner, arrange access and paperwork, and support them through their first weeks • Manage the Employer of Record relationship covering contracts, onboarding documents, work permits, PTO and payroll queries • Keep consultants’ visas and Ajeer sponsorship documents valid and compliant, handling embassy and visa calls • Track leave balances and certification renewals, and encourage consultants to take time off • Monitor contract renewals, contribute to pricing and cost modelling, and carry renewals through to completion • Approve timesheets and expenses in Productive and handle client reimbursement invoicing • Build a regular working relationship with the Dubai-based regional project manager, support account management, and follow escalations through resolution • Organise quarterly team meetups in Cairo and help a distributed team feel connected

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of 10 or more, ideally spread across locations or time zones • A history of running performance reviews and building development plans • Hands-on experience with an Employer of Record, or something close such as a PEO or an outsourced payroll provider • Strong knowledge of HR administration and documentation • Excellent organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities without letting any slip • The confidence to say no to a demanding team member or client, clearly and politely • Fluent English and Arabic
