📋 Description

• Design and implement high-quality front-end features that directly impact customer experience and product growth • Contribute across the stack where needed (including backend exposure) • Take end-to-end ownership of your work — from concept through to deployment and iteration • Make thoughtful decisions around architecture, performance, and scalability • Champion clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with vanilla JavaScript • Experience with modern frameworks (React is a strong plus) • Proven ability to work in and improve existing codebases • Solid understanding of performance optimisation and scalable UI design • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or similar) • Understanding of containerisation / infrastructure concepts is a plus • Comfortable balancing independent work and collaborative problem-solving • Strong grasp of software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, agile delivery)
