📋 Description

• Quotes renewals 60-90 days in advance of support expiration • Communicates effectively a clear, concise, and professional manner with necessary parties in order to secure the information needed to create the renewal quotes • Facilitates cross department collaboration to ensure incoming renewals are evaluated for completeness prior to quote completion • Manages end-to-end responsibility for the maintenance quote from request to quote completion • Maintains critical knowledge of maintenance offers as well as the computer systems we use to provide quotes that result in profitable sales for the company • Understands extensively the tools and processes for quoting renewal maintenance • Manages and coordinates maintenance renewals with applicable vendors • Builds and maintains working relationships with customers, team members, vendors, and other departments involved in maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent in experience • One year sales/business experience required • Knowledge of Key, PBX, IP Telephony, messaging and products are helpful • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
