📋 Description

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to design and implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives. • Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and project plans. • Contribute to IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new system implementations. • Provide end-user support and training on new systems and technologies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field OR three years of equivalent work experience. • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud services, and system administration. • Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under supervision. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
