• As Cutover & Go‑Live Manager, you are responsible for the successful planning, coordination and execution of the final transition phase. • You ensure a smooth transition to the new system solution and coordinate all involved stakeholders. • Create and implement a comprehensive cutover concept and a detailed schedule for the rollout project. • Develop and align rollback and fallback strategies in close cooperation with all relevant project streams and IT departments. • Plan, prepare and coordinate the entire go‑live process. • Identify, document and track all tasks relevant to the cutover. • Lead the coordination of the Go/No‑Go decision for the production start. • Continuously monitor progress, produce status reports and proactively communicate with project management. • Manage risks and issues and initiate escalation processes in case of delays or critical deviations. • Ensure transparent communication by organizing and conducting regular alignment meetings. • Coordinate the initial support phase (Hypercare) after go‑live.
• Proven experience in project management and go‑live control, particularly in planning, milestone tracking and escalation management. • Solid expertise in cutover management, including data migration, rollback/fallback strategies and designing the Hypercare phase. • Good technical understanding, ideally with exposure to SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems. • Strong risk management skills with the ability to identify potential issues early and escalate proactively. • Confident stakeholder management when working with central and local contacts at different levels. • Excellent communication skills and a clear, structured way of working, even under time pressure. • High flexibility, resilience and decisiveness in critical go‑live situations. • Confident use of common project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
