📋 Description
• As an SAP TM Consultant II, you'll play a key role in supporting live SAP TM environments by troubleshooting and resolving system issues with minimal oversight. • You will act as a bridge between end-users and the technical team, ensuring high levels of service and system performance. • Manage post-Go-Live SAP TM hypercare support independently. • Resolve a high volume of support tickets with efficiency. • Diagnose system errors and implement effective fixes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical escalations. • Analyze system data and suggest performance improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of hands-on SAP TM configuration experience • Solid understanding of SAP logistics execution and transportation processes • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills • U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
