📋 Description
• As a Senior SAP TM Consultant, you will lead SAP Transportation Management post-Go-Live support efforts • Guiding junior consultants and delivering expert-level resolution of system issues • Your experience will help drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and knowledge transfer across the team • Lead hypercare and production support for SAP TM Go-Lives • Act as final escalation point for critical system issues • Mentor Consultant 1 and Consultant 2 team members • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on resolution strategies • Recommend and implement system enhancements • Maintain up-to-date documentation and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of SAP TM hands-on configuration and support experience • In-depth knowledge of freight order management, planning, and execution in TM • Strong leadership and coaching abilities • Effective communicator across all levels of the organization • Proven experience in high-pressure support environments • U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
