• You will be the face and voice of our brand, driving organic growth and managing paid campaigns to turn followers into B2B leads. • Film and edit one 15–30 second TikTok per day. • Execute one high-value post per day across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. • Set up, manage, and optimize Paid Ads on Meta and TikTok to scale our reach and lead generation. • Identify and connect us with industry influencers who can help market our services to the right audience. • Turn organic followers into high-quality B2B leads through strategic CTAs and engagement.
• Experience in Outsourcing or Recruitment with a solid understanding of the Australian market. • Proven ability to create and manage successful paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. • You are articulate, professional, and not afraid to represent the company in video content. • You are a Canva expert and can edit your own videos (using CapCut or similar tools). • You don’t wait for instructions; you bring new ideas to the table and stay ahead of the latest trends.
