📋 Description
• Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of kitchen designers. • Serve as the first level of leadership for assigned team members, providing daily guidance, coaching, technical support, and performance development. • Maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the designer of record and primary point of contact while modeling best practices in sales, design excellence, and customer service. • Demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills while promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace that aligns with the Company's values and policies.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be employed at least 5-years with Cabinets.com or will reach their 5-year anniversary in 2026. • Must have had at least $1.4 million in sales in 2025. • We require at least 1-year of leadership or equivalent experience; either at Cabinets.com or at a prior employer.
