📋 Description

• Define the global measurement and analytics strategy directly aligned with the client’s high-level objectives (e.g., churn reduction, ROI and conversion optimization). • Lead the advancement of the company’s analytical maturity by driving an omnichannel vision (integrating data from digital and physical channels, CRM, and paid media). • Sponsor and lead automation and advanced intelligence initiatives (predictive models and machine learning) to anticipate user behavior and personalize customer journeys. • Ensure full corporate compliance with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and Information Security through strict data governance frameworks. • Report strategic results, KPI projections, and structural insights directly to Directors and C-level executives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in executive leadership roles (management level) within Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Digital Growth at large-scale companies or technology consultancies. • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of digital products, growth funnels, and financial metrics (LTV, Churn, ROI, CAC, Attribution). • Extensive conceptual knowledge of modern cloud data architecture (Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery) and global tag/data governance. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performance teams and to attract top talent. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
