📋 Description

• Design, build, configure, and optimize Epic MyChart functionality. • Support patient engagement workflows, including messaging, scheduling, questionnaires, notifications, and portal preferences. • Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization. • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution. • Analyze and resolve application issues, defects, and workflow gaps. • Participate in project initiatives, system implementations, and ongoing optimization efforts. • Maintain documentation related to workflows, build decisions, and system configurations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Epic MyChart Certification • Minimum of three (3) years of Epic MyChart build and support experience • Experience supporting patient portal workflows, scheduling, messaging, questionnaires, notifications, and patient access features • Strong troubleshooting, testing, and workflow analysis skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
