📋 Description
• Lead and mentor RN and LPN teams supporting triage and alert management. • Provide coaching, feedback, and development to drive clinical excellence. • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workload to ensure efficient, high-quality care. • Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture grounded in accountability and empathy.
🎯 Requirements
• Active RN license in good standing (multi-state license preferred). • 5+ years of clinical RN experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role within triage, care coordination, or virtual care. • Strong foundation in primary care and chronic disease management, especially HTN, DM, and CHF. • Experience managing remote RN and LPN teams in a high-volume environment. • Proven success scaling clinical operations within a growth-stage or startup environment. • Proficiency with EHR/eRecord systems and data analysis tools for performance monitoring. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Skilled in nursing processes, documentation, and clinical decision-making. • Technical fluency; able to work seamlessly across platforms including Notion, Athena, EPIC, Zendesk, and G Suite.
