📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. • Ensure that our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure, enabling seamless software delivery across environments. • Improve development velocity while increasing system reliability • Maintain and mature core services on Kubernetes with resilient networking, monitoring, autoscaling, and well-architected patterns. • Implement Terraform-based IaC, sharpen observability practices, and ensure infrastructure spend is appropriately managed. • Introduce and enforce DevSecOps practices including least-privilege IAM, image scanning, and runtime policy controls across clusters.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on DevOps experience. • Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including operating and debugging production clusters. • Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar). • Solid understanding of observability and troubleshooting using tools like Datadog. • Ability to design reliable, scalable systems and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring engineers and working across teams. • Experience working in healthcare or another highly regulated industry.
