📋 Description

• Identify friction in our day-to-day operations and implement sustainable process improvements. • Build workflows that improve task routing, team accountability, and data hygiene. • Document and maintain internal processes using Notion. • Maintain internal trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets and lightweight scripting tools. • Help build and troubleshoot automations in Salesforce (e.g., Flows, validation rules) and Slack. • Use AI tools and no-code platforms to simplify manual tasks and reduce turnaround time. • Monitor project and task statuses across tools, and flag blockers or delays. • Organize updates for the BizOps team and ensure documentation stays current. • Assist with onboarding workflows, operational checklists, and quarterly planning prep.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, business support, or internal systems roles, ideally in the primary research or language services industry. • A bias toward structure, clarity, and “getting things out of people’s heads and into systems.” • Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, filters, and conditional logic a must). • Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, especially for maintaining fields, records, or automations. • Familiarity with Slack, Notion, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Zapier. • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple workflows with minimal oversight. • Strong written communication skills.
