📋 Description
• Meet or exceed collection and revenue goals • Work accounts assigned efficiently by meeting productivity and activity goals • Provide excellent service and communication to customers • Accurately update the proprietary collection system • Ensure high quality standards by following all client-specific account handling instructions • Maintain confidentiality of both internal and external party information • Foster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus • 2+ years of collections experience • Strong understanding of collections processes and systems • Hands-on experience with CRMS and intermediate Excel skills • Associate's degree in business preferred • Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently. • Proven experience working with invoice processing portals
