📋 Description

• Lead and expand the Engineering Services business across India • Drive revenue growth through strategic customer relationships • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized engineering solutions • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for business expansion

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Engineering Services • Proven experience in business development • Strong networking skills • Knowledge of CAE and engineering project requirements • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and CXO-level executives • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
