📋 Description

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements for assigned initiatives. • Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases (manual and automated). • Prepare and condition test data and ensure test execution readiness. • Execute functional, regression, and integration tests and document results. • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development and project teams. • Provide regular status updates on test progress, risks, and issues. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities. • Collaborate with international teams and vendors across multiple systems. • Contribute to QA process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in agile and international project environments. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams. • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices. • Working experience with SQL for data validation and analysis. • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. • Basic to intermediate experience with test automation frameworks. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision. • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
