• Implement the process for receiving, controlling, and validating invoices for the payment of commissions owed to resellers • Support, draft, and implement the Procedures Manual for Payment of Commissions to Resellers, including SLAs, rules for pending items and approvals, as well as controls and exception rules (if any) • Interact with internal departments to resolve issues and add value to the business • Contribute to the automation of the area's routines and processes • Work on the operational and administrative processes of the Marketing Directorate
