📋 Description

• The Infrastructure Engineer is primarily responsible for engineering, configuring, installing, maintaining, and upgrading the Company’s infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery planning. • Assist in researching, evaluating, and recommending networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management solutions. • Assist in designing, configuring, or upgrading local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN). • Assist in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving connectivity, reliability, or performance issues. • Keep the work area neat, organized, and secure. • Work under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. • Consult with senior colleagues on non-complex projects to gain experience. • Apply basic application management and administration skills with a moderate level of proficiency. • Represent the department and the organization professionally and in accordance with established Company standards and associate attributes. • Work within defined ITIL processes such as change and incident management. • Other duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience supporting Cisco switches/routers, firewalls, and related devices. • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multi-task. • Knowledge of reference lab operations and processes is a plus. • Knowledge and experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies is a plus. • Experience maintaining technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution. • Goal-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • High level of proficiency with PC-based software, including the MS Office suite, Visio, and project management tools.
