📋 Description

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts • Plan and execute functional tests • Perform integration, regression, and user acceptance testing • Identify, log, document, and track defects • Conduct retesting after fixes are implemented • Create and maintain evidence of test cycles • Support the identification of risks and impacts associated with changes • Participate in refinement sessions and alignment meetings with business and technology teams • Support the continuous improvement of quality processes and practices • Ensure traceability between requirements, test scenarios, test execution, and defects • Work closely with the QA Lead and other team members to ensure the quality of deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance and software testing • Experience with functional testing • Knowledge of developing test scenarios and test cases • Experience with integration and regression testing • Experience logging and tracking bugs and defects • Knowledge of Agile methodologies • Ability to analyze requirements and business rules • Strong organization and test evidence documentation skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams • Experience in the insurance industry (preferred) • Knowledge of insurance market processes and products (preferred) • Experience with insurance core systems (preferred) • Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman or similar (preferred) • Knowledge of SQL for data validation (preferred) • Experience working in environments with multiple integrations (preferred) • Knowledge of or experience with test automation (preferred) • Experience working on large-scale projects (preferred)
