📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain medium- and high-complexity features in backend applications. • Propose and implement architectural improvements aimed at scalability, performance and maintainability. • Diagnose and resolve incidents and critical bugs in production environments. • Build and evolve RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI, following industry best practices. • Ensure high quality of deliverables through automated tests, code reviews and development standards. • Produce and maintain technical documentation for systems, integrations and components. • Share knowledge, support less-experienced developers and contribute to technical discussions. • Actively participate in agile processes, contributing to refinement, estimation and delivery planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend Development: Solid experience with Python and FastAPI. • Application Architecture: Knowledge of software architecture, RESTful APIs and system integrations. • Databases: Proficiency in SQL, data modeling and relational and non-relational databases. • Version Control: Advanced experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. • Automated Testing: Experience with unit and integration tests and software quality strategies. • Performance and Troubleshooting: Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize applications. • Best Practices: Strong knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles and Design Patterns. • Behavioral Skills: Autonomy, clear communication, collaboration, ownership mindset and problem-solving.
