📋 Description

• Define technical guidelines, development standards, and software engineering best practices for the team. • Design and evolve scalable, resilient, and secure architectures for applications and APIs. • Contribute to the development of critical features with high technical complexity. • Support, mentor, and develop other team members through code reviews, pair programming, and ongoing technical guidance. • Participate in requirements refinement, estimation, prioritization, and solution design. • Ensure adoption of automated testing, monitoring, observability, and DevOps best practices. • Act as a bridge between business, product, architecture, and development teams to ensure technical and strategic alignment. • Lead technical discussions and actively participate in the team's agile rituals.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and FastAPI in enterprise environments. • Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, messaging, and system integration. • Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and observability practices. • Proficiency in data modeling, query optimization, and both relational and NoSQL databases. • Strong track record with automated testing, code review, security, and performance tuning. • Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and engineering best practices.
