📋 Description

• Develop custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and platform solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and API services. • Collaborate with consultants, administrators, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. • Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, technical spikes, sprint reviews, and demos. • Assist with decomposing complex technical capabilities into testable user stories and development tasks. • Support capture of stakeholder feedback and incorporate requirements into product backlogs for future sprint cycles. • Participate in sprint reviews and integration design demonstrations while addressing technical questions and concerns. • Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management activities. • Manage deployment activities across development and government environments as required. • Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and solution design artifacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of Salesforce or relevant software development experience, OR Associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant experience. • Hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and API integrations. • Experience supporting Agile software development environments and participating in Agile ceremonies. • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
