📋 Description
• Deliver compliant and high-quality product installation and setup • Provide technical configurations and customer training • Collaborate within Cadwell’s Technical Installation team • Improve customer 'go-live' experiences and Installation Team efficiency • Document technical installation issues and recommendations
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of related experience • Education in IT or biomedical engineering • Experience working in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, MDR) • Experience with medical devices or complex equipment installations • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) preferred • Experience with installation management applications and CRM systems preferred
