• Perform intakes and assessments • Create individualized treatment plans for each client • Provide individual (and/or group) psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Maryland regulations • Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care to diverse populations • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed • Adhere to HIPAA, ethical standards, and state licensing requirements
• Active, unrestricted Maryland clinical license, such as: LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field • Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, children, and/or families • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
